These Animal Spirit Guides are a constant source of wisdom, protection and guidance. A consistent way of being and growing.

Now animal medicine, man! I love animal medicine. It shows up everywhere in your life when you’re looking.

My family comes together every summer in upstate NY at our summer cottage in the 1000 Islands. My grandparents were the first people to buy a lot from the farmer who was selling off his waterfront property. It’s in the middle of nowhere, on a small bay off of Lake Ontario.

4 summers ago, we had Bee Medicine galore! Every single one of us was stung at least once and visited by bees all summer long.

The summer before that, I was sitting around the campfire with everyone, gazing into the flames; marvleing at the beauty of the color and reveling in the warmth. Suddenly I saw a frog jump of the fire. I jumped myself and shouted “Did anyone see that frog jump out of the fire? Where did it go!!??” My sister-in-law asked me some questions and I realized it was a fire frog the whole time, not a real one. But I have loved frogs since I was a small child and it reminded me to look up Frog medicine and boy was it something I needed at the moment in my life!
